I got great value for my money at this cozy apartment near Plaza Mayor. The room was lovely, with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. The location was perfect, close to the subway and surrounded by charming shops and restaurants. The staff, especially Jerry, was informative and helpful, providing great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my friends.

The Cozy Apartment Plaza Mayor is just amazing, it's like staying in a little piece of heaven in the heart of Madrid. The room is so cozy and comfortable, with a sofa that is just perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. And let's talk about the kitchen! It has everything you need, from a full-sized refrigerator to a stovetop where you can cook up a storm. I felt right at home here.

I personally didn't love the toaster in the kitchen, but hey, that's just me. Others might still find it useful.

Shops and a fantastic bakery were nearby. the apartment had all the necessary amenities, including AC, heat, and a washing machine. the comfortable bed and well-insulated windows made for a quiet and restful stay. the black-out blinds were especially helpful for jet-lagged children. the host was friendly and extremely helpful.

The owner's communication was super fast and very understandable. The apartment was jaw-droppingly clean, with not a spec of dust anywhere. It had all the stuff we needed, including Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with Netflix. The location was mind-blowing, right in the center and near the metro, making it easy to explore the city. The owner was very nice and showed us everything we needed to know. The air conditioning was great and it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Convenient location, close to everything. Great for when you need to change clothes or put aside your shopped items in a few minutes. LOVED the slippery wooden stairs, it added a fun challenge to carrying my bags!
